CEDRICS Somerset Cider and Apple Cake is ONLY available from us. Our wonderful rich cake, it is also suitable as a dinner party pudding, served with copious amounts of clotted cream. The 7" cake will give approximately 4 portions. Our rich Somerset Cider and Apple Cake recipe is one which we have treasured! Handed down through the generations all having lived in Somerset. Rich, Sweet and moist it is the very essence of Somerset at its best. Plump sultanas, Free range eggs and wholesome ingredients are always used, cooked as you would in your own home.
